Whew, having bronchitis has really put me under the gun in trying to get some cards in before the deadline! Here's one I just finished and the theme I followed was Untraditional Christmas colors and I love the way it turned out! Blue, Pink, and Purple are probably three of my favorite colors and I love the way blue looks mounted on brown. I followed the sketch from Simon Says Stamp and I love the finished product! The paper is from The Paper Element and it is Blue Flannel - Pajama Party. I like it because it is double sided and I love the way they go together! The sentiment is a digital stamp I found, but I can't remember where, I'm sorry! I cut the brown circle mat out behind the sentiment using my classic circle spellbinders. I distressed the edges of my image with Tim Holtz Walnut Stain and I cut it out using my Deckled Rectangle Spellbinder. The snowflakes are from Michaels in the Christmas section.
Here's another angle as well as a close-up of Secret Tilda (Sorry I had to take the flash off to reduce the glare on this one):
And here's the inside of my card, with an added bow and ribbon:
I hope you like it!
